Just a little about us – GRC Essentials Pty Ltd (GRC) is a provider of specialist services in the areas of governance, risk and compliance. A little about you – you are already or are looking to be an Australian Financial Service of Australian Credit Licensee – you would be considered a small to medium boutique business. You have a mindset of doing it right!
We work with you to ensure that your company has effective governance, risk and compliance frameworks in place to meet the daily, ongoing needs of your business as well as those of your key stakeholders.
We specialise in developing and implementing frameworks that are integrated into your current business ensuring that your resources are maximised and streamlined wherever possible, including those relating to implementation and training.
We will work with you closely to establish what your requirements are, scope an appropriate development and implementation plan and facilitate the overall implementation including relevant training. We then work with you to manage those programs – we are your compliance officer, compliance manager and consultant!
