Z

Australian Credit Licence

Our process is thorough, transparent and tailored to your needs.   We work with you to ensure your application will serve your business objectives.

Our licensing process covers not only the core proofs and ASIC application but a complete set of the relevant licensing proofs – so you have these for your operations when the licence is issued.  We also undertake two workshops – one for your prospective Responsible Managers and a Risk Management Workshop to assist in setting your risk appetite and identifying the risks in operating your licensed entity. Our aim is that you hit the road running.

Once you are operational we can also work with you to maintain your obligations.

Should You Get Your Own Licence?

There are a number of items to take into consideration as part of the licensing process. Do you have the requisite experience and education requirements? Can you meet the financial requirements on an ongoing basis? Do you have the resources and are you willing to commit the time to meet the licence obligations?

We can help you sort through whether self-licensing is the best option for you – obligation free.   If you would like a copy of our paper – “The Cost of Being a Licensee” please contact us and we will be happy to forward a copy to you.

Running your own licence is easier than you think, with the right partners in place.
